Fax, mail or bring completed form to the Credit Union. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. In compliance with the US Patriot Act, we are required to have a copy of 2 forms of your identification (at least one with a picture) on file. We will not be able to open any new membership accounts or loans without proof of your identify.
Who’s Eligible?
Physicians, healthcare professionals, employees of nursing facilities, hospice, in-home care providers, ambulance services, medical students, dental pharmacy, volunteer staff, retirees and related services and organizations of such groups that support Bothwell Regional Health Center and the community of Sedalia and their families.
Even if the qualifying employee is not a BHE Credit Union member, their family members are eligible. A family member is defined as a mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle and first cousin.
History of our Credit Union
A member-owned, not-for-profit, financial cooperative, Bothwell Hospital Employees Credit Union was founded in 1972 by Mike Matchael to help co-workers to save and have access to low interest loans. This democratically operated organization services the health care industry supporting Bothwell Regional Health Center located in Sedalia, Missouri.
